Founded in 2012, Pharmaceutical Defence was built upon the foundation that everybody deserves a defence. Paul Summerfield registered as a pharmacist in 1997 and is also legally trained so Pharmaceutical Defence can offer a unique representation service based on over 25 years in healthcare. Paul still practises as a Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber so he can use all of this up to date knowledge to offer novel solutions.

Every client is unique. We do not offer a "one size fits all" service. Whether it’s advice or a full representation service, we’ll listen, advise and prepare a bespoke service, tailored around your needs. We are here to protect your registration and your reputation.

Of course, there will be a financial cost involved in the services that Pharmaceutical Defence offer. Costs vary depending on the complexity of your case but Pharmaceutical Defence offer a range of competitive prices from fixed priced solutions to the standard hourly rate. This will be discussed with you when you contact us. On average, most matters can be dealt with in around 4 to 5 hours.

Paul can also be contacted outside of office hours when most defence organisations are closed and so he can offer assurance and advice at a time convenient to you.
